which is the best hiking trail in cades cove area in smoky mountains naitonal park?

Hello all,
Can any please tell me which would be the best hiking trail to waterfall around cades cove area in smoky mountains national park. We would like to spend a couple of hours for hiking.

I drove the Cades Code 11 miles and saw no wildlife and it took forever b/c people stopped their cars at everything! it wasnt worth it!
Go to Roaring Fork Trail instead ( we saw a mother bear and two cubs there) and then hike the short trail to Grotto Falls (you can walk behind them – great pic!)
