How do you go hiking or jogging witht the sims 2 freetime?

My sims have 7 enthusiasm points and when i hover over the hobby section it says that i have unlocked the ability to hike, jog but i don't no how to do those things.
I have clicked on my sims and on the grass but these options don't pop up. Is there a way to do these features of the game?

Yes, you click on your Sim and the option to "Go Jogging" should be there. When you hover over the section is the jogging hilited or shaded? When shaded it has not yet been unlocked.
