		<description>Sure I see them all the time.  Just make sure you have a helmet and good brakes.  Don&#039;t go too fast down hill or the ruts might claim a wheel.  Walk up the hills.  Most of the trail is nice and flat.
My other videos have the whole trail if you want to look at it.  About 22 videos in all hehe.</description>

		<description>Just kind of thrown together.  6000 series trek frame (hardtail), XT cranks, XT peddles, XTR Front/rear derailleur, 2008 Fox F80 forks, Thompson seat post, crossmax st wheels, stock disc brakes and handlebars.
Though I prefer to use my trek 820 steel frame.  Seems more stable on the rough parts.</description>
