    5 day hiking trip equipment?

    I've read all the responses to this kind of question but there is never an answer to the actual question. What would you pack in your bag if you were running solo. I don't need to know any weight things… simply the important items in your own experienced bag and what brand works the best if you could.

    Also if you say "first aid kit" you don't need to tell me everything that is in it. Sorry for the detailed question, I just want to save your time too. Thanks for your help
