Hiking Saif ul Muluk (Glacier)

This is a video of our hike up to Saif ul Muluk at a time when there was nothing there but ice. The locals warned us, that no one could go up there without a guide at this time because of the unstable glaciers. We were told about hungry bears coming out of hibernation and witnessed landslides and melting glaciers around us but we had a plan meant to follow it. Tied together by a 15 foot rope we made our ascent to Saif ul Muluk in the evening after our morning hike to Lala Zar about 20 KM …
